Mr. Reilly is a proven CEO/Entrepreneur who has been involved in several successful start-ups of Biotech/Life Sciences companies. He possesses significant skills in strategy development and execution, planning, clinical trials, regulatory matters, marketing, sales and operations with significant M&A and turnaround experience.
He was the co-founder, President and CEO of Soft Tissue Regeneration, Inc. which developed bioresorbable scaffolds to regenerate the ACL and Theranostics Health, which included proteomic diagnostic technology spun out of George Mason University. Previously, he served as Managing Director of The Chatham Group, LLC where he advised numerous private equity firms and financial buyers on acquisitions of energy and infrastructure-related assets.
He also served as the President and CEO of a market leading composite technologies company, which designed, developed and marketed innovative composite products to the utility and telecommunications industries. Previously, he was the President of a privately owned international manufacturing business.
In the late 1980’s, Mr. Reilly was an executive and investor in three Forstmann Little & Co. leveraged buyouts: Lear Seigler Corp., Midland Ross Corp. and F.L. Industries, having a combined transaction value in excess of $4 billion.
Mr. Reilly is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a BS in Accounting and an MBA from St. John’s University.
